A worked example for a pro

  1. 1

Buy the $10 starter pack: 10 credits

You pay $10 once. There is no subscription.

  2. 2

Unlock 1 lead you want: 5 credits left

1 lead at $5. You chose it after reading its summary.

  3. 3

That lead duplicates a request you already unlocked: 10 credits left

You ask for a credit within 30 days. Our records confirm the duplicate, so $5 goes back at once.

  4. 4

    Unlock more later: No expiry

Your remaining credits stay in your account until you use them.

How credits work

One credit is one dollar, and a lead costs 5 credits. You buy credits in advance with a card through Stripe. Credits do not expire, cannot be transferred, and are not cash.

Bonus credits are credits too: 2 when you unlock your first lead within 48 hours of signing up, 5 when your insurance certificate is first approved, and 5 each for you and a pro you refer when they make their first purchase.

If a lead has a problem

Ask for a credit within 30 days of unlocking a lead. When our own records confirm the problem (a duplicate request, a job outside your service area, or a request the homeowner had already closed), the credit is approved at once, for up to 20 requests per pro in any 30 days. A person reviews every other request, including invalid contact details and homeowners who did not respond.

Read the Credits and Refunds Policy and the Pro Agreement for the full terms.
