Matched pros are notified
We match your request to local pros who offer that service in your city. They get a short summary of your project, without your contact details.

Interested pros respond
A pro who wants the job unlocks your request and messages you. A limited number of pros can unlock each request, so you can compare a few good options without being flooded.

Chat, compare, hire
Ask questions and compare responses from your dashboard. When you have chosen, mark the pro as hired so the request closes.

Leave an honest review
After the job, review the pro. Only the homeowner on a job can review a pro they worked with, which keeps ratings real.

Yes. Posting a job, messaging pros, and leaving reviews are free.
How do pros pay?
Pros buy credits and spend them to unlock the requests they want. The price is shown before they unlock.
What if nobody responds?
Pros are notified by email when a request matches. If your area is still growing, we may not have a matching pro yet. Try widening the details or posting again later.
Do I have to hire someone?
Never. You can close your request at any time without hiring.
